Hall of fameBest Practice structure - powered by the the Hall of Achievements
Best Practice asserts that there is a technique, method, process, activity, incentive or reward that is more effective at delivering a particular outcome than any other technique, method, process, etc. The idea is that with proper processes, checks, and testing, a desired outcome can be delivered with fewer problems and unforeseen complications. Best practices can also be defined as the most efficient (least amount of effort) and effective (best results) way of accomplishing a task, based on repeatable procedures that have proven themselves over time for large numbers of people. The Best Practice module provides a structure for acknowledging good efforts, ideas, methods and processes that the business wants to see more of. The idea is to present and promote creative, successful and sustainable ideas and solutions. From now on you can define and share the company's collection of "recipes" as own examples of business excellence. A key strategic talent is required to provide good "Best Practice" decisions. Only (trained) leaders are allowed to analyze individual achievements - from an employee - provided by the Hall of Achievements list (the individual success list), and can agree (or reject) to lift the achievement from an individual list to the Hall of Fame (the company's success list). What is the potential of learning from eachother and share good methods? Let's work in a structured way with this important issue! Good luck!
