
Working with Activity Manager and defining your activities means that you:
- make activity agreements with yourself
- will be specific about activities associated with each and every goal
- define obstacles
- find out how to get rid of the obstacles
- set the goal to a due date or an ongoing goal
- receive mail reminders that you have requested
- describe the consequences or the feeling when the goal is reached
Goal setting and goal achievement is what coaching is all about. We generally recommend that you do the goal setting process with your leader - hopefully a leader with a coaching profile. You might also use a coach or a person with a successful track record. Please
